  • Analytics (OTC)

    • Analytics (OTC) Fusion automatically exports your customer and parts sales data to DTNA for use with their Analytics dealer reporting system.

  • eInvoice and eASN

    • Parts invoices are automatically brought into Fusion, and optionally posted into Accounting, saving time and reducing data entry errors. Receiving is much more efficient using the advance shipping notice provided by DTNA.

  • ePIX

    • Karmak processes the latest parts pricing updates from DTNA and makes prices available to you immediately. We will continue to adapt as DTNA makes future changes to ensure you have the most accurate and up to date pricing.

  • Excelerator

    • Fusion offers full integration with DTNA Excelerator, including the latest Guest Shopper feature. Your customers use the website to look up parts information, check pricing and availability, and place orders. Parts orders are seamlessly created in Fusion without the need to re-key anything, and are automatically printed in your warehouse for picking. Order status updates and invoice copies are sent to DTNA, where they are available for your customers to review online.

  • Express WriteUp

    • Make your service writers more efficient by using DTNA’s powerful mobile app to collect information during their write-up process, and quickly send it directly to Fusion to open a repair order and/or quote without retyping.

  • Financial Reporting

    • Automatically transmit your month-end financial statements to DTNA. After creation and maintenance of the statements, they are securely transferred to DTNA with only a few keystrokes.

  • Paragon Parts Order Entry

    • With this integration, finalized purchase orders are exported directly from Fusion to Paragon PPOE, allowing dealers to prioritize urgent orders for downed vehicles. Dealers can flag specific parts with Vehicle Down Indicators, triggering automatic expedited processing through DTNA. This ensures that critical parts receive immediate attention, enabling faster vehicle repairs and improved uptime.

  • Parts Orders

    • Fusion can export your parts orders and returns for import into Paragon, saving time, eliminating keystrokes, and reducing errors.

  • Pinnacle Fleet Solutions (Corcentric POS)

    • Pinnacle Fleet Solutions (Corcentric POS) For your fleet customers who use Pinnacle Fleet Solutions to charge parts and repairs, integration at point of sale is a huge time saver. There are no extra copies required or postage fees; parts price verification, invoice authorization and settlement are real time. The fleet’s invoice is transmitted securely to the PFS provider for payment at time of invoice.

  • RIMpro

    • RIMpro is fully implemented in Fusion. Your parts sales, demand data, purchase order details, backorders, and supersession history are sent to DTNA. Orders are calculated and sent back to your system, saving you time and improving your inventory performance.

  • Service Tracker

    • When your customers use Karmak’s Truckmore app they can easily send you a service request, which will automatically be created in Service Tracker and Uptime Pro.

  • Techlane

    • DTNA’s Techlane service tool uses the same service department data feed as Uptime Pro, along with their advanced technology, to make your technicians and shop personnel more efficient. Future plans include integration via Karmak’s Unity Pro API platform to update the technician story/notes in Fusion.

  • Truck Sales Order and Invoice Data Feed (coming in 2025)

  • Uptime Pro

    • Fusion’s service shop activity and updates are automatically retrieved by Uptime Pro, where progress can be quickly reviewed and managed throughout the entire service and repair process.

  • VIPS (Truck Specs)

    • It’s a simple process to import truck specifications, by field, from DTNA into Fusion Sales or Service. Customizable mapping makes it easy to use manufacturer data to populate unit fields such as the unit characteristics, components and static data fields used throughout Sales and Service.

  • Warranty Claim Submission (OWL)

    • OWL provides a user-friendly front end to DTNA claim entry. With the ability to manage multiple locations from one login, Fusion is flexible when it comes to your business process.
